EXPERIENCE

Lisa has been in the group health insurance business for 25 years. After 5 years working at a well-known health insurance carrier, both in the claims division and the group sales division, she came to Hoffman Brown Company in 1984.

She started as an administrative assistant, moved up to customer service representative, then up to account executive. Working her way up over the past 24 years, Lisa feels she has the expertise which helps her to service her accounts in a professional manner. She works with a team of individuals that are dedicated to providing the best service possible.

"I believe in educating my clients about their health care benefits, especially with all the managed care changes and legislative changes in the health insurance industry today. Consumers need to be aware of all their options in order to make informed decisions."

One avenue that lets her stay on top of the health care issues we face today is her participation in the Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriters (LAAHU). This organization promotes continuing education and high ethical standards for professional insurance agents.

PERSONAL

Lisa is a native Californian, is married and has three children who are her pride and joy.
